Delhi Capital Badminton Association (DCBA) in charge of regulating, controlling and promoting badminton in Delhi.
Delhi Capital Badminton Association registered as a Society under the Societies Act, 1860. It is an affiliated member of Badminton Association of India and in charge of regulating, controlling and promoting the game of Badminton in the state of Delhi.
The Association conducted many National/ International Championships in Delhi under the aegis of Badminton Association of India.
The activities of the Association include holding of State championship and 4 to 5 other local tournaments, fielding of its teams in Mini National, Junior National, Senior National, Veteran National etc and meeting the expenditure towards pre participation coaching camps, rail fare, boarding, lodging, kits, refreshments, medicines etc of all the selected players.
Financial assistance is also extended to outstanding state players for participation in various major ranking Badminton tournaments.
The Association also has its own incentive scheme of granting cash incentives for outstanding performance at national and international level.
